This Privacy Policy explains how Bagman collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website and join our early-access waitlist.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Email address (required)
• Campaign source (UTM parameters, if provided)
• Hashed IP address (for fraud prevention only)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Notify you of early-access availability and product updates
• Improve our marketing and understand audience acquisition
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Retention

We retain your email address on our waitlist until: (a) you unsubscribe, (b) 12 months after app launch, whichever is first. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@bagman.app.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted via encrypted TLS 1.2+ connections. Your email is stored in Supabase, a Postgres database with encrypted-at-rest storage and role-based access controls. We do not store plain-text passwords or sensitive payment information on the landing page.

5. Third-Party Services

We may share data with:

• Supabase: Database and backend infrastructure
• Transactional email service provider: To send confirmations and product updates

We do not sell or share your data with any third party without explicit consent.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correct: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Delete: Request removal of your data
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails

GDPR (EU/UK): We rely on legitimate interest (pre-launch product engagement) as our lawful basis. Supabase is our data processor and has executed a Data Processing Agreement. You have the right to withdraw consent and request deletion at any time.
