2. Early-Access Waitlist

Joining the waitlist:

• Grants you the right to receive email notifications about Bagman's early-access availability
• Does not guarantee access to the app or any specific launch timeline
• Offers no warranties or guarantees of features at launch
• Does not create a contract between you and Bagman

3. Beta / Pre-Launch Status

Bagman is in early access. Features, performance, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We provide the service "as is" and make no warranties about uptime, fitness for purpose, or compatibility with any device.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Use the waitlist to harvest email addresses or data
• Submit excessive requests designed to overwhelm our servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bagman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or waitlist, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or interruptions in service.
